Produced with aromatic grapes characteristic of the coast of Southern Lazio and vinified using techniques that guarantee the maximum expression of its locality, this golden straw yellow wine exhibits freshness and balance.

It is an excellent accompaniment to fish entrees and a variety of hors d'oeuvres.

Serve at a temperature of 10 °C (50 °F).

LENTISCO

The resolve to appreciate the manner of the traditional vinification techniques of bellone from southern Lazio induced us to produce this wine. After one night of maceration, it ferments in 300 liter chestnut casks. It matures in the same casks for 6 months. It is further refined in stainless steel silos for 3 months. It is then bottled avoiding extreme filtration. The wine's particular aroma and taste of loguats are strongly evoked.

Serve at a temperature of 12 - 14 °C (54 - 58 °F).

PROMESSA

Produced from vine-ripened aromatic grapes, matured in french oak barriques for 2 year, and refined in the bottle for an additional year, this wine is best served at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C (46 - 50 °F) with herb cheeses, dry pastries, or as a wine of meditation.

IL GENERALE

Produced from indigenous grapes cultivated on the border of Lazio and Campania, this wine was vinified using traditional maceration techniques. It matured in oak casks for 8 months. This clear garnet red wine suggests the aromas of underbrush fruits and spices.

Pour into a decanter one hour before serving at a temperature of 18 °C (65 °F).
